Job summary

HGS is seeking an HR Operations Associate to manage AskHR/ServiceNow inquiries, uphold case management standards, and support onboarding and employee data updates. This role requires handling HR policies, benefits, and records with accuracy.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in HR operations, be proficient in HRIS (preferably Workday), and may benefit from ServiceNow experience. The position is on-site in Bridgetowne, Quezon City, with a graveyard shift schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year of HR operations, HR shared services, or HR support functions.
• Proficient with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.
• Prior Shared Services/BPO experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage AskHR/ServiceNow inquiries across multiple channels, including Knowledge Base content updates, chatbot escalation handling, and email inquiry responses.
• Execute HR case management activities with proper documentation, routing, and timely resolution.
• Support HR processes including employee data updates and policy-driven transactions.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities with accurate processing and timely task completion.
• Provide end-to-end employee inquiry resolution on HR policies, benefits, processes, and records.
• Collaborate with HR teams and business units to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain service accuracy and adherence to HR guidelines, SLAs, and compliance.

• Manage AskHR/ ServiceNow inquiries across multiple channels, including Knowledge Base content updates, chatbot escalation handling, and email inquiry responses.
• Execute HR case management activities, ensuring proper documentation, routing, and timely resolution of cases.
• Support workflow execution across HR processes, including employee movements, data updates, and policy-driven transactions.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, ensuring accurate processing of requirements, timely completion of tasks, and positive new-hire experience.
• Provide end-to-end employee inquiry resolution by addressing questions related to HR policies, benefits, processes, and employment records.
• Collaborate with HR teams, business units, and support functions to ensure smooth and efficient HR service delivery.
• Maintain service accuracy and adherence to established HR guidelines, SLAs, and compliance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, documentation, and employee experience.
• Stay updated on HR systems, tools, and best practices relevant to HR service delivery.

Compliance of Admin Deliverables

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance across HR cases, onboarding files, employee records, and workflow transactions.
• Maintain accurate and updated information in HR systems, including case management platforms, onboarding tools, and employee databases.
• Adhere to all applicable HR policies, data privacy standards, and internal controls.
• Support audit requirements by ensuring completeness and accuracy of HR documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• College Level with at least 1 year of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or HR support functions
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment is preferred.

• Willing and able to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City, on a graveyard shift schedule.
