Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Philippines is seeking an HR Operations Support professional to manage AskHR/ServiceNow inquiries, maintain knowledge base content, and process HR cases with timely resolution.

You will coordinate onboarding, support data updates, and ensure compliant, accurate records across HR systems while delivering excellent employee service during a graveyard shift on-site at Bridgetowne, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR support.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.
• Previous work in a Shared Services or BPO environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage AskHR/ ServiceNow inquiries across multiple channels, including Knowledge Base content updates, chatbot escalation handling, and email inquiry responses.
• Execute HR case management activities, ensuring proper documentation, routing, and timely resolution of cases.
• Support workflow execution across HR processes, including employee movements, data updates, and policy-driven transactions.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, ensuring accurate processing of requirements, timely completion of tasks, and positive new-hire experience.
• Provide end-to-end employee inquiry resolution by addressing questions related to HR policies, benefits, processes, and employment records.
• Collaborate with HR teams, business units, and support functions to ensure smooth and efficient HR service delivery.
• Maintain service accuracy and adherence to established HR guidelines, SLAs, and compliance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, documentation, and employee experience.
• Stay updated on HR systems, tools, and best practices relevant to HR service delivery.

• Adhere to all applicable HR policies, data privacy standards, and internal controls.
• Support audit requirements by ensuring completeness and accuracy of HR documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• College Level with at least 1 year of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or HR support functions
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willing and able to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City, on a graveyard shift schedule.
