Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of solid HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR policies.
• Experience in attendance monitoring and payroll coordination.
• Background in recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident handling employee concerns with management.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work onsite Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure policies are implemented.
• Handle employee relations and coordinate with department heads.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, leave records, and schedules.
• Coordinate payroll-related matters and attendance records.
• Oversee HR documentation and personnel files.
• Support recruitment and onboarding.
• Prepare disciplinary documents when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.
