Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking a Process Trainer for our Financial Campaign to be based onsite in BGC, Taguig. You will analyze training needs, design curricula, develop content, and deliver programs across cross-functional teams.

The role requires 4+ years in BPO training with F&A background, excellent communication, and flexibility for shifting schedules. We offer strong career growth and on-site benefits in the central business district.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 4 years total BPO work experience with 2 years of experience as a trainer in BPO/shared services industry.
• With background or knowledge in Finance and Accounting (F&A) campaigns
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
• Amenable to work onsite in BGC Taguig. (Full RTO)

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis: identify training needs accurately.
• Curriculum and Course Design: end to end understanding of course design methodologies.
• Content Development: end to end understanding of content development and maintains appropriate methodology.
• Course Delivery: effective delivery/training techniques and methods.
• Research Methodology: basic knowledge of research methodology and principles to carry out research ethically and effectively with guidance.
• Partnering: work closely with various functions and stakeholders; client teams with cross-cultural communication.
• People Management: building and leading cross-cultural teams; conflict management.
• Planning, Organizing and Administrative skills: scheduling, FA Domain, reports, coordination with TIG/Facilities; optimize resources; timely delivery.
