Job summary

INFOSYS BPM LIMITED Philippine Branch in Alabang seeks a CS Trainer to lead soft skills and customer service training for BPO teams. The role requires designing curricula, delivering engaging sessions, and guiding content development with a focus on process improvements.

You will work with client teams, manage cross-cultural communications, and contribute to ongoing learning initiatives while coordinating with facilities and teams. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of training experience in soft skills, customer service and service desk operations.
• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 4 years total BPO work experience with 2 years as a trainer in BPO/shared services.
• Preferably with background or knowledge in Tech Support.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Amenable to work in shifting schedules in Alabang.
• Amenable to work onsite

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis to identify training needs accurately.
• Curriculum and Course Design: end-to-end understanding of design methodologies.
• Content Development with appropriate methodology.
• Course Delivery using effective training techniques and methods.
• Research Methodology: basic knowledge to conduct research ethically with guidance.
• Partnering: work with various functions and client teams cross-culturally.
• People Management: building and leading cross-cultural teams; conflict management.
• Planning, organizing and administrative tasks: attendance, evaluations, reports, scheduling, coordination with TIG/Facilities.
