Job summary

Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated in Cebu City is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls for a Retail & E-Commerce account, assisting customers with inquiries, orders, product concerns, account requests, and service-related needs with accuracy and professionalism.

The role requires at least 6 months of customer contact experience or a college degree, B2 English, and willingness to work onsite with shifting schedules, weekends

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Customer Contact Experience (CCE) or college graduate.
• B2 English communication skills.
• HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate (New Curriculum).
• Willing to work onsite.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assist with product, order, account, and service-related inquiries
• Process customer requests, orders, returns, and exchanges as applicable
• Resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
