Job summary

Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for customers through inbound and outbound calls. You will assist with product or service inquiries, process requests, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction, while documenting interactions and adhering to policies.

You'll handle calls, meet performance metrics, stay updated on products, and be willing to work onsite in Baguio City with rotating schedules

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls by assisting customers with inquiries, account concerns, billing issues, product information, and service requests.
• Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-ups, appointment confirmations, service updates, surveys, collections (if applicable), or other business-related activities.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding company products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Escalate unresolved or complex concerns to the appropriate department.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and comply with company policies and data privacy regulations.
• Stay updated on company products, processes, and service enhancements.
• Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.
