Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• No Call Center Experience (CCE) Required.
• B2 English communication proficiency.
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro (CDO).
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, billing, returns, and other retail-related concerns.
• Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
• Process customer requests, transactions, and account updates following company procedures.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
