Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–12 months international voice BPO experience
• Open to High School Graduates
• Excellent English communication and comprehension
• Strong customer service and problem solving abilities
• Willing to work onsite in Mactan, Cebu
• Available to start on Jun 1, 10, 15 or 22, 2026
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
• Assist customers with inquiries, billing, orders, or service requests
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently with empathy
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in the system
• Meet performance metrics: productivity, attendance, quality, CSAT
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
