Qualifications

• At least six months of BPO experience.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite, shifting schedules, weekends and holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through the assigned support channel.
• Assist customers with account concerns, billing inquiries, and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide clear, accurate information based on account guidelines and company procedures.
• Document customer interactions, updates, actions taken, and resolutions in the system.
• Follow proper escalation procedures for complex or unresolved concerns.
• Comply with account policies, quality standards, and customer service procedures.
• Meet performance expectations related to quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate professionalism, patience, empathy, and active listening in every customer interaction.
• Comfortably use computer systems, online tools, and multiple platforms needed for the role.
