Job summary

OutForce in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our growing team. You will handle a mix of phone and email inquiries, helping Australian eCommerce clients with orders, issues, and basic technical support, while delivering exceptional service.

You will be supported by a Manila-based team and a larger team in Australia, with onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig, and an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma with 1–2 years of BPO experience in a customer service role.
• Technical support experience in a BPO setting is a big plus.
• Must be tech-savvy and up-to-date with current technologies.
• Ability to communicate to a high level in English with a neutral accent preferred.
• Experience dealing with eCommerce clients in Australia is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via Zendesk, and following up on issues promptly to ensure inquiries are resolved efficiently.
• Communicating with onshore teams via Slack, following up and escalating as needed to the correct team.
• Receiving phone calls from customers and following the relevant processes.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and support.
• Escalate concerns appropriately and set customer expectations.
