Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Philippines. You will handle customer inquiries, ensure quality service, and meet SLAs while supporting a range of channels and processes.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is open to college graduates or those who completed at least one year, and is willing to work full-time onsite in Cubao and Mandaluyong. Shift schedules and holidays are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 yr BPO work experience
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Cubao and Mandaluyong (Boni).
• Strong communication skills
• Amenable to shifting schedules and holiday work.

Responsibilities

• CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements.
• This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
