Job summary

Cisive Inc. is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to lead new client onboarding onto Cisive's platform and solutions. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and delivered within agreed timelines.

The candidate should be willing to work onsite in Quezon City and follow US hours, coordinating with sales, client success, and technical teams to create a smooth onboarding experience and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboardings simultaneously.
• Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of background screening or similar industries (preferred).
• Strong focus on delivering excellent client experiences.
• Willingness to work onsite in Quezon City and align with US hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned new client onboardings.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute onboarding plans.
• Create a collaborative partnership with internal teams.
• Establish strong rapport with new clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
• Work closely with sales, client success, and technical teams to coordinate seamless onboarding experiences.
• Provide clear communications and ensure all onboarding documentation is current and accurate.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the onboarding process and enhance the overall client journey.
