Job summary

Telesys is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and provide assistance in a fast-paced BPO environment in Malate, Manila. The role requires at least 6 months of experience in customer service or BPO, with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent service and maintaining accurate records.

This onsite position offers a shifting schedule, training, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service or BPO experience.
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage).
• Open to career shifters with relevant experience.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service inquiries and concerns
• Assist customers with general account and service-related questions
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Document all customer interactions in the system
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
