Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of BPO or customer service experience in any LOBs (accounts)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong active listening and comprehension skills
• Clear pronunciation and confident speaking ability
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for providing excellent service
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Comfortable using computers and navigating different systems
• Typing speed of at least 40–45 words per minute is preferred
• Reliable with a strong work ethic, flexible, and willing to learn
