Job summary

TOA Global is hiring a Loan Support Officer for onsite operations in Clark, Cebu, Manila, or Tarlac. The role supports an AI-driven international lender specializing in flexible documentation loans for business owners, expats, and non-residents.

You will liaise with funders, valuation networks, and mortgage brokers, and ensure data accuracy and timely processing. Requirements include at least 2 years in the Australian mortgage/finance space and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the Australian mortgage/finance industry.
• Specialized experience in non-bank credit frameworks or alt-doc products is highly regarded.
• Strong familiarity with Australian property and credit databases (CoreLogic, Equifax, NextGen/ApplyOnline).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with funders and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Scenario Management: Submit and manage loan scenario proposals with institutional funders.
• Valuation Coordination: Request and track residential/commercial valuations to ensure timely turnaround.
• Credit Notes Architecture: Draft detailed credit assessment notes with key metrics and risk profiles.
• File Escalation Oversight: Manage high-priority pipeline cases with funders to resolution.
• Loan Application Pre-Checks: Verify documents for completeness and policy adherence before assessment.
• Broker Liaison & Document Control: Chase documents with brokers to keep timelines and service quality.
• Ad Hoc Operational Support: Provide admin support across pipeline and settlements.
