Job summary

Private Advertiser is building a specialist loan processing team in Bacolod to support Australian mortgage brokers. You'll undergo a 4-week onboarding on live borrower files before handling your own caseload, with training allowance provided.

This office-based role requires daily reporting to the Bacolod location and is not work-from-home. You will learn lender submission requirements, process documents, meet SLA targets, and uphold strict privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Strong written English, mathematical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Comfortable learning new systems and following structured checklists precisely.
• No mortgage/finance background needed - training provided.
• Based in or able to reliably commute to Bacolod city.
• Must be willing to obtain an NBI clearance before file access is granted.

About the Role

We're building a specialist loan processing team supporting Australian mortgage brokers - no prior mortgage experience required. You'll go through a structured 4-week onboarding on live borrower files before taking on your own caseload independently. Training allowance will be provided.

This is an office-based role in Bacolod - you must be able to report daily to our office location. This is not a work-from-home position.
