Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. in Clark Freeport Zone is seeking an Associate Trainer to design and deliver effective training for new hires and current staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, energy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining training materials, running 7-day sessions, recording results, guiding trainees, enforcing policies, and ensuring readiness for deployment on the production floor while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Proven training, coaching, or facilitation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using SharePoint or similar document management platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to engage diverse learners and adapt training methods to meet varying needs.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and learning resources.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Facilitate 7-day training classes and simulation-based training sessions.
• Provide guidance and support to trainees by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Enforce the company's policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
• Evaluate trainee performance and ensure readiness for deployment to the production floor.
• Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve training processes and participant engagement.
