Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. is seeking a Training & Development Team Lead to oversee trainer performance and training operations at Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga.

The role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and driving team performance while maintaining high training standards. You will work with the Training Manager to ensure trainees are fully prepared for deployment to the production floor, coordinate schedules, audits, and reports, and lead crucial training initiatives to improve overall

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching or any related leadership role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Assist trainers by answering questions and providing support when needed
• Enforce the company's code of conduct
• Ensure trainees are ready to be deployed to the production floor
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Assist with special projects as required
• Perform monthly classroom & job aid audits
• Have coaching meetings with trainers
• Lead team huddles
• Coordinate with Training Manager to ensure classes run smoothly and trainers have proper training
• Train new trainers in conjunction with other Team Leads
• Coordinate with Instructional Design Team to develop and test new courses
• Create and implement performance development plans for trainers

This role is ideal for a strong leader who is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and driving team performance while maintaining high training standards. As a Training & Development Team Lead, you will work closely with the Training Manager to oversee trainer performance, coordinate training operations, and ensure trainees are fully prepared for deployment to the production floor.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist trainers by answering questions and providing support when needed
• Enforce the company's code of conduct
• Ensure trainees are ready to be deployed to the production floor
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Assist with special projects as required
• Perform monthly classroom & job aid audits
• Have coaching meetings with trainers
• Hold weekly one-on-ones with Trainers
• Coordinate with the Training Manager to make sure classes run smoothly and trainers have proper training
• Facilitate classes when needed
• Approve timecards
• Lead team huddles
• Issue disciplinary action when needed in conjunction with the Training Manager
• Communicate with the Training Manager about any issues with the team
• Assist with coordinating schedules and RDOTS
• Train new trainers in conjunction with the other Team Leads
• Coordinate with the Instructional Design Team to develop and test new courses
• Ensure reports are up to date
• Create and implement performance development plans for trainers

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching or any related leadership role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience facilitating training sessions and managing classroom environments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other learning or training-related platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and drive results
