Job summary

Globalynx Call Center Management Services in Angeles, Pampanga, is hiring a full-time Appointment Setter. You will make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads, identify needs, and present suitable products to close sales on-site.

Requirements include 1+ year in appointment setting or related sales, excellent English communication, strong persuasion and closing skills, CRM basics, and the ability to work in shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of appointment setting or related sales experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, if required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads and databases.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations over the phone.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Qualify leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate to close sales.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other approved communication channels.
• Stay informed about company products, promotions, pricing, and competitors.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
