What You’ll Do

• Reach out to potential and existing leads through calls, messages, and emails.
• Qualify leads and set high-quality appointments for our client’s med spa and wellness partners.
• Manage appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups with professionalism and care.
• Keep CRM systems updated and accurate — attention to detail is a must.
• Collaborate closely with the client’s account and marketing teams to maximize campaign performance.
