Job summary

RTX is seeking an onsite Customer Service Coordinator in Cavite. You will receive and process customer orders and RFQs, track requirements, and coordinate with supply chain, shipping, engineering, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with E1 ERP, plus excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Onsite role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in E1 ERP system.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
• Receive, review, and process customer orders, RFQs, and requirements in line with contractual terms.
• Handle customer requests, including order expediting, delivery updates, and cancellations.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Creation of credit and debit note requests for customer billing adjustments, corrections, or complaint resolution.
• Handle AOG calls by coordinating urgent support to resolve aircraft-on-ground issues quickly.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of requirements to supply chain, shipping, engineering, and quality teams.
• Manage customer shipping instructions and coordinate with logistics teams for timely order dispatch.
• Generate Open Order Book reports based on customer requirements.
• Facilitate and support Open Order Book discussions with customers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and business goals.
• Comply with EH&S standards and actively report hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
