• Assist account coordinators with daily account and terminal-related concerns and inquiries.
• Process, monitor, and coordinate service requests with Technical Department and Service Fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone or email, with timely escalation as needed.
• Coordinate terminal-related activities: installations, repairs, programming, pull-outs, deliveries.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and prepare reports for clients and stakeholders; support quality initiatives.
