Job summary

Tangent Solutions, Inc. is hiring an Office Assistant to support the team with POS terminal preparation and related administrative tasks. The role requires attention to details and the ability to follow processes accurately.

The position is on-site in Ortigas, Pasig, with a shifting schedule including night shifts and overtime. Comprehensive onboarding and performance-based salary reviews with HMO and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• SHS graduate of any strand, or TESDA/vocational certified, and college-level.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Computer literate in Windows-based applications (MS Office).
• Willing to work on-site (Ortigas, Pasig) and in shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and configuration of POS systems
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of POS setup before deployment
• Organize and maintain records related to POS preparation
• Coordinate with team members for system requirements and updates
• Perform basic troubleshooting and support tasks when needed
• Handle general administrative duties as assigned
