SM Retail, Inc. - Corporate is seeking an Online Merchandising Manager to turn customer behavior, sales data, and market trends into smarter product and inventory decisions across our digital channels.

You will shape the online assortment, analyze performance, forecast demand, and collaborate with e-commerce, supply chain, and business units to ensure the right products, quantities, and availability during key campaigns and seasonal events.

Qualifications

18–20 years of experience in online merchandising, e-commerce, category management, or related field.
Experience in digital retail or marketplace environments.
Strong experience with sales, inventory, and product data to drive recommendations.
Background in assortment planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or replenishment.
Strong business partnering skills across multiple teams.
Strong analytical and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

Shape the online assortment by selecting products, brands, categories and price points based on demand.
Analyze online performance to identify best sellers, slow movers, trends and gaps.
Forecast demand and monitor inventory to support replenishment and stock transfers.
Identify growth opportunities and campaigns to boost online sales.
Collaborate with business units to align assortment and launch plans with events.
Build and monitor scorecards to track product performance and growth opportunities.
