Job summary

Global Dollarstore is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online retail presence. You will oversee all e-commerce platforms, optimize product listings, pricing, and campaigns to boost sales and profitability.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Customer Service to improve the shopping experience, monitor performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platforms and online stores.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, revenue, and profitability.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory availability, promotions, and website content.
• Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams.
• Monitor website and marketplace performance, traffic, conversion rates, and sales metrics.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure products are accurately presented online, including descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
• Improve the online shopping experience and identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and retention.
• Monitor order fulfillment, delivery concerns, returns, refunds, and customer issues in coordination with relevant teams.
