Job summary

You will drive sales through strategic campaigns, optimize multiple digital channels, and collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to enhance product assortment, pricing, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, marketplace management, or online retail.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales tactics.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, with knowledge of key e-commerce metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, and ROAS.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Drive online sales through promotions, flash sales, vouchers, bundles, free shipping, and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital sales channels.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Work with Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions, inventory, and customer experience.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends and recommend tactical actions to improve online performance.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.
