Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Merchandising Leader to drive merchandising strategy and assortment planning in the Philippines. You will oversee forecasting, inventory optimization, product listings, and cross-functional vendor management to maximize performance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in eCommerce/retail, with proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field as listed.
• 10+ years in eCommerce/merchandising with leadership experience.

Key Qualifications

• Preferably 10+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, merchandising, category management, merchandise planning, buying, inventory planning, or related retail functions, with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience leading merchandising, assortment planning, forecasting, inventory management, and/or eCommerce operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial judgment, problem-solving ability, and ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
