Job summary

Elite Headhunting Incorporated is seeking an E-Commerce Merchandiser to manage and enhance our online product assortment across brand.com and marketplace platforms. The role covers product listings, pricing, collections, inventory availability, promotions, and e-commerce performance.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Warehouse, and Store Operations to ensure accuracy, availability, and strong online performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 4+ years of sales or retail experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience.
• Experience in online merchandising, product listings, and inventory management.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, GrabFood, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, categories, pricing, and product information.
• Manage online product assortment and collections.
• Monitor inventory and product availability.
• Execute online promotions, campaigns, and product boosting.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, and product performance.
• Identify underperforming products and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Marketing, Warehouse, and Store teams.
• Ensure accurate product and inventory information across platforms.
