Responsibilities

• Create and manage tasks in ClickUp for incoming logistics jobs.
• Enter new job details into proof-of-delivery software so drivers have accurate information.
• Respond to customer emails regarding shipment and load status.
• Answer incoming phone calls from customers regarding delivery status and general inquiries.
• Make outgoing calls to customers when needed, including occasional sales-related calls.
• Support day-to-day warehouse and delivery coordination tasks.
• Assist with process improvements as tasks become automated over time.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across systems.
