Barrington James, partnering with a global pharmaceutical leader, is expanding into the Philippines with a newly created role: Business Unit Manager Oncology. This is a hands-on, strategic position designed to establish and grow the local oncology business from the ground up.

You will own Sales & Marketing, lead upcoming product launches, build and coach the local commercial team, and drive the overall commercial strategy and execution for the Philippine market.

Qualifications

• Strong Oncology pharmaceutical experience.
• Proven new product launch experience.
• Sales & Marketing leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of the Philippines Oncology market.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and building a business from the ground up.
