Job summary

Roche Philippines invites an Oncology Portfolio Manager to shape oncology business strategy within the Diagnostics Division. You will manage relationships with Healthcare Organizations and KOLs, lead adoption of high-value oncology products, and drive exceptional customer experience across FMI, Core Lab, Pathology Lab and Molecular Lab.

You will work with Roche teams to develop and execute companion diagnostics strategies, coordinate marketing tools, and support new launches in oncology.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma/diagnostics marketing or sales is preferred.
• Clinician-facing roles and strong stakeholder management are valuable.
• Ability to develop and communicate clinical value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute oncology product strategies and commercial plans.
• Engage clinicians, HCPs, and KOLs to drive adoption of oncology portfolios.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely launches and campaigns.
• Collaborate with pharma partners to align on clinical value messaging.
