GetMeds Philippines Inc. is seeking a Product Specialist to drive oncology product sales across assigned territories, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and promoting our portfolio.

The role requires a proactive, sales-driven professional who will conduct product presentations, implement territory plans, and travel regularly to meet targets, with training at head office in Las Piñas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2 years in oncology.
• Willing to travel regularly and perform extensive fieldwork within Manila Area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Sales-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to achieve goals.
• Confident in conducting product presentations and client discussions.
• Willing to undergo training at Head Office in Las Piñas.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and market penetration of oncology products in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers to ensure consistent product usage and brand loyalty.
• Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions to educate clients on product features, benefits, and indications.
• Implement sales strategies and territory action plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Perform fieldwork, including territory visits, client calls, and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide timely feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Submit accurate and timely reports such as sales updates, call logs, and market insights.
