Job summary

Eclaro Business Solutions, Inc is seeking an Associate Services Specialist to serve as a primary contact for associates from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience. You will handle onboarding, timesheet and payroll coordination in VMS environments, manage inquiries via email or phone, and support program teams to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in workforce management, MSP, staffing, or contingent workforce programs.
• Experience with MSP and/or VMS platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of HR policies, worker classifications, and co-employment considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all Associates via phone and email.
• Conduct welcome calls to introduce onboarding processes and perform assignment check-ins.
• Partner with Associates to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
• Manage email communications and Dynamics 365 tickets to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
• Enter and maintain requisition and associate data in Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Monitor timesheet and expense submissions, following up with Associates and hiring managers as needed.
• Review and distribute payroll, timesheet, and expense reports.
• Support Program Teams in delivering on client expectations and requirements.
• Coordinate Associate offboarding at the end of assignments in accordance with client requirements and compliance guidelines.
• Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and team objectives.
