Job summary

Meal Ticket, incorporated is seeking an Implementation Specialist – Onboarding & Training to own the customer journey from kickoff through full system implementation, integration, and training completion. You will configure MarketMan, set up POS and API integrations, and train teams until they operate confidently on the platform.

Focusing on the Square segment, you will also support customers on Toast, EPOS Now, and other platforms as needed, collaborating with Sales, Support, Training, Data

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of implementation, onboarding, or training experience.
• Experience with integrations and data mapping.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer journey from kickoff to go-live and early live use.
• Plan, build and execute implementation and training plans with milestones.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent customers at different stages.
• Configure the MarketMan system for each customer (inventory, suppliers, recipes, locations, users, permissions).
• Lead POS and API integrations (Square focus) across platforms.
• Deliver engaging training across 1:1, cohort, and webinars.
