Job summary

MarketMan is seeking an Implementation Specialist – Onboarding & Training to own the customer journey from kickoff through full system implementation, integration, and training completion. You will be the primary point of contact, configuring MarketMan, setting up POS and API integrations, uploading inventory, and training teams until they operate confidently on the platform.

This role focuses on Square but also supports Toast, EPOS Now, and other platforms as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer training, or enablement.
• Experience with integrating systems and data, including imports/exports.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer journey from kickoff to live use.
• Plan and drive implementation and training plans with milestones.
• Deliver end-to-end configuration of MarketMan, inventory, and integrations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Training, Data Processing, and Product.
• Create and maintain documentation in Salesforce/project tools.
• Deliver engaging training sessions (1:1, group, webinars).
• Monitor adoption and flag churn risk early.
