Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Training Implementation Officer to deliver and optimize learning initiatives across client programs. You will collaborate with content teams to develop modules, run TTT sessions, and ensure effective training delivery and documentation.

Responsibilities include conducting TNA, reviewing training materials, and tracking progress with stakeholders. Strong communication, organization, and independent work style are essential in a fast-paced CX environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Facilitator-led training delivery and assessment design experience.
• Familiarity with LMS and virtual training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and certification activities.
• Develop training content including modules, presentations, e-learning materials, and job aids.
• Review training documentation and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Manage scheduling and tracking of training activities and data in the Masterfile.
