Job summary

Table Group Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs that build knowledge, skills, and performance across CBTL teams.

You will partner with Operations to ensure store teams deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting brand standards. The role covers learning & development, store coaching, and program evaluations, with responsibilities including on-the-job coaching, materials creation, and tracking completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years in Learning & Development, Training, or Operations.
• Experience in classroom facilitation, coaching, and instructional design.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel to training across stores.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update training programs and materials.
• Facilitate onboarding and refresher training.
• Roll out new products and campaigns through training programs.
• Conduct store visits and provide on-the-job coaching.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and track completion.
• Maintain training records and coordinate logistics.
• Support leadership development and succession planning.
