Job summary

Equiniti Notified team in Makati seeks an onboarding-focused coordinator to implement client notification services across APAC. You’ll serve as the primary contact for new clients, gather requirements, configure applications, and coordinate onboarding projects with cross-functional teams.

The role follows a fixed APAC schedule (9:00 AM–6:00 PM HKT / 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PHST) with hybrid office days Tue–Thu and work-from-home Mon/Fri. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, information technology, marketing, or related field.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English required; bilingual applicants preferred.
• Cantonese language proficiency is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in onboarding, implementation, project coordination or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding function – serve as the primary contact for new clients and support notification applications.
• Manage onboarding and implementation for new clients from initial contact to deployment.
• Stay current with notification products and industry best practices through ongoing training.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Gather, verify, and validate client requirements to ensure accurate setup and long-term support.
• Coordinate project implementation activities, including site surveys, handoff docs, and process setup.
• Communicate with clients about orders, timelines, and training throughout onboarding.
• Establish and manage project plans to ensure timely completion of implementations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
• Maintain records of client interactions in the CRM.
