Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. in Marilao, Bulacan is hiring a Human Resources - Onboarding Assistant to deliver a positive onboarding experience for new employees.

You will coordinate onboarding schedules, ensure documentation & compliance, and conduct orientation sessions to help new hires settle in quickly. The role requires a degree in HRM/ Psychology/ Business Management, at least 6 months in onboarding, and a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ College Degree in HRM, Psychology/ Business Management or related field.
• At least 6 months onboarding experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be assigned in: Marilao, Bulacan

Responsabilités

• Manage and execute the onboarding schedule for all new hires.
• Ensure completion of all necessary documentation and compliance checks.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions.
