Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. in Marilao, Bulacan is hiring a Human Resources - Onboarding Assistant to deliver a positive onboarding experience for new employees.

You will coordinate onboarding schedules, ensure documentation & compliance, and conduct orientation sessions to help new hires settle in quickly. The role requires a degree in HRM/ Psychology/ Business Management, at least 6 months in onboarding, and a proactive, independent work style.

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Bachelor's/ College Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology/ Business Management or in a related field.
• At least 6 months of working experience in the onboarding facet of HR.
• Highly energetic, self-starter and strong ability to work independently.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated success in building strong consultative and professional relationships with supervisor and colleagues.
