Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to partner with business leaders, align HR strategies with organizational goals, and drive workforce initiatives in a fast-growing retail environment.

The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, training, and regulatory compliance, with opportunities to influence organizational development and engagement programs within Silang, Cavite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Generalist or in Labor Relations.
• Experience in Retail or FMCG is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate objectives into HR initiatives.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong ethical and confidential handling of sensitive HR information.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with mid-management to understand long-term objectives and align HR strategies.
• Handle complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on conflict resolution, discipline, and engagement.
• Support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and addressing issues.
• Identify training needs, develop programs, and facilitate workshops to enhance skills.
• Stay updated on labor laws and ensure HR policies comply with legal requirements.
• Collaborate on organizational development initiatives including restructuring, change management, and succession planning.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
