Job summary

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving, time management, and ability to work in shifting/rotating schedules.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure a structured onboarding experience for new hires and vendors.
Gather documents and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements.
Communicate expectations, policies, and procedures to new hires and managers.
Create and maintain employee profiles in relevant systems with up-to-date information.
Provide guidance and support to new hires throughout onboarding and address questions.
