Jones Lang LaSalle SSC (Philippines), Inc. (JLLSPI) is seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Support Senior Analyst to streamline processes and support facilities teams in Manila. You will manage records, generate reports, and help implement efficient operations while collaborating with program teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficient English communication. Experience with Google Workspace and data tools is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in an administrative or operational role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Process oriented with strong analytical skills in problem identification & resolution
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation (nice to have)
• Proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Support facilities BAU through handling of high-volume administrative tasks for facilities teams.
• Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
• Provide general administrative support to program teams.
• Assist in developing and implementing efficient operational processes.
• Prepare reports and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Data source management and data gathering for centralised reporting.
• Support data extraction, transformation, and analysis using tools like Google Sheets, Google Plx and business intelligence platforms (Smartsheet, Looker Studio etc)
• Review of systems data to ensure information is always up-to-date and accurate.
• Provide support for projects as assigned, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Support the drafting of newsletters and managing a communications schedule
