Responsibilities

• Support a team of recruiters with new hire paperwork and onboarding tasks.
• Initiate and adjudicate background checks and drug screenings.
• Ensure onboarding accuracy, timely I-9 completion, and receipt of first paycheck.
• Educate employees, HR partners, and managers on company and local policies and procedures.
