Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines seeks an Employer Onboarding Specialist for a hybrid, dayshift role. You will drive employer onboarding, guide end-to-end platform setup, and educate payroll concepts across partner teams.

You will engage with HR and payroll contacts, manage onboarding in CRM, and lead virtual sessions via MS Teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth BAU operations.

Qualifications

• Proven background in B2B client onboarding, corporate accounts, implementation, or relationship support.
• Strong verbal presentation and stakeholder management to explain concepts remotely.
• Ability to learn payroll workflows, salary packaging deductions, and admin requirements.
• High attention to detail in updating CRM and tracking onboarding stages.
• Self-driven to manage a pipeline of corporate accounts and resolve blockers.

Responsibilities

• Employer Outreach & Engagement: contact HR/payroll to start partnerships.
• Platform Onboarding & Setup: guide stakeholders through onboarding and config.
• Payroll & Tax Education: educate on salary packaging and deductions.
• Virtual Presentations & Briefings: conduct onboarding sessions via Teams.
• Cross-Functional Transition: collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Ops to BAU.
• CRM & Record Administration: maintain records of interactions and status.
