Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore managed services provider in the Philippines, seeks an Onboarding Supervisor to oversee the pre-onboarding lifecycle from recruiter endorsement to formal handovers to HR. You will govern onboarding specialists, ensure metric-driven compliance, and drive process improvements across sourcing, recruitment, and HR Shared Services.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in HR ops, Talent Acquisition, or Shared Services
• At least 2 years in leadership or supervisory role
• End-to-end HR onboarding knowledge, including gates
• Strong change management and data hygiene practices

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-onboarding lifecycle from recruiter endorsement to handover to People & Culture teams
• Lead and govern onboarding specialists to ensure metrics and process agility
• Identify pipeline bottlenecks and drive timely adjustments
• Establish handoff validation between Sourcing, Recruitment, and HR Shared Services
