Responsibilities

• Verify new hire documentation, including contracts and work authorization.
• Input and maintain employee records in HR databases with accuracy.
• Audit new starter files for compliance with internal standards.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and hiring managers for equipment and access.
• Maintain onboarding trackers as the central source of truth.
• Monitor expiring licenses and request updated documentation.
• Process off-boarding steps per company policy.
• Serve as primary point of contact for new hires throughout onboarding.
• Assist with basic reporting and payroll/time-tracking support.
• Cross-train teammates and cover duties during peak periods.
