MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is hiring an Onboarding Officer to support a hybrid day-shift workforce. This full-time role offers a competitive PHP 41,000–50,000 monthly salary and a collaborative environment.

The onboarding process includes coordinating contracts, inductions, work rights, audits, and timely documentation. You will maintain accurate records, assist with timesheets and payroll, and train teammates as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding activities to enable a fast and accurate hiring process for labour hire workers, including coordinating requests, arranging contracts, induction, work rights, qualifications, and all aspects of the Labour hire audit
• Ensure end‑client worksite and hired worker requirements are met, possibly using end‑client online portals
• Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date onboarding spreadsheet as the recruitment teams’ key information source
• Upload and manage onboarding items with expiry dates, ensuring correct storage and identifying issues to team members
• Conduct detailed audits of new starters, collate responses, qualify them, and meet audit timeframes
• Review and manage expired documents in JobAdder and contact employees to renew documentation via email and text message
• Perform any necessary ad hoc administrative duties
• Train other team members on role aspects as required
• Provide cover for other team members during leave and complete other duties as requested
• Update or correct documents in JobAdder as needed
• Communicate with the team when clarification is required
• Assist with timesheet reports and payroll as necessary
• Complete off‑boarding of employees
