Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Onboarding & Compliance Officer in Eastwood, Quezon City, offering hybrid work arrangements and a monthly compensation of 41,000–50,000 PHP. The role focuses on managing onboarding processes, work rights, and labour hire audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain onboarding spreadsheet as the key source of information for recruitment teams and ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct detailed audits of new starters, collate responses, qualify them, and ensure audit timeframes are met.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and assist with timesheet reports and payroll as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding activities to enable a fast and accurate hiring process for labour hire workers, coordinating onboarding requests, arranging contracts, induction, work rights, qualifications, and all aspects of the Labour hire audit.
• Complete activities relating to the end‑client's worksite and on‑hired workers to ensure end‑client requirements are met, including use of end‑client online portals.
• Maintain the onboarding spreadsheet so it is accurate and up‑to‑date, serving as the key source of information for the recruitment teams.
• Upload items required for onboarding with expiry dates, store them correctly, and identify any issues to the team.
• Conduct detailed audits of new starters, collate responses, qualify them, and ensure audit timeframes are met.
• Review and manage expired documents in JobAdder and contact employees for renewal via email and text message.
• Perform any necessary ad‑hoc administrative duties.
• Train other team members in aspects of the role as required.
• Cover for other team members when they go on leave.
• Update or correct documents in JobAdder as needed.
• Communicate with the team when clarification is required.
• Assist with timesheet reports and payroll as required.
• Complete off‑boarding of employees.
